I don't have the first inkling of French law (hell I struggle enough with the laws of Ohio and Indiana) but assuming that is correct, all I can say is, that's horrible. Absolutely horrible. I thought France was supposed to be a "western" nation, especially after they were freed from the tyranny of Napoleonic rule [img]wink.gif[/img]
